The Constitutional Court ruled that same-sex couples can inherit the entire property had been acquired inside and outside the relationship.
The court ruled in favor of sucesorales enforceable rights for gay couples, which means that you may inherit property acquired during the cohabitation, but also acquired throughout life.
"It is claimed the word 'spouse' so as to extend the rights enshrined in these provisions the partner (a) permanent same-sex," says the ruling.
In this case gay couples have to prove that their relationship lasted at least for two years.
